Regarding the disconnects in the Challenge Cup I would like to suggest something.
Old
When somebody disconnects from the raceserver in the last minutes of the quali, another driver  stays on the track until the disconnected driver returns. When the disconnected driver can't return on time, we start without him 
New
When somebody disconnects from the raceserver in the last minutes of the quali and doesn't return, we'll complete the quali and then restart the server. There will be less stress for the disconnected driver. He knows he will be able to join the rerun (if his connection doesn't fail again). A restart costs about 10 minutes, including about 5 minutes of pratice time the second run needs.
But we need drivers who disconnect by choice to chat cu or gn8 or something similar, to let us know they leave on purpose. Otherwise we might restart for nothing.

Great. Can you include the Grid from the Quali then for the restart ?

Yes, Bastian. Fortunately there's a tool for this, called gplgridding.exe. It's the same tool we use to make reversed grids for fun events.
