Hallo zusammen
Lorenzo Melli here.
I would like to take part in your Pro Cup Watkins Glen event next thursday, if there's room enough.
As a short presentation, I can tell I'm from Italy, I'm on GPL since 2001, online on Vroc since 2004/2005 (where through the years I had the pleasure to meet more than some of you guys), I've always competed into a GPL Italian league, starting only this year to look around joining more or less sporadically other leagues (the greatest amount of my commitment still going to my league though, as far as it will keep going).
I'm to the core a 67mod guy ...well... 36fps to be honest, but nobody's perfect , and still thorougly in love with our wonderful GPL after all those years.
Simply I've never got tired of it, and cannot even see the moment I will.
Back to Watkins Glen event, if i'm allowed to join, I think I could pick a Cooper (PB 1.05.06), just to stay into the middle, but feel free to provide any suggestions you may have.
Let me thank here the good Carsten, who I bothered with a number of mails about EOLC, this forum and on how to get 60fps working, since I'm no PC genius.

You're at the right place for the 67s, and once you'll go 60fps you never want to get back

Hallo Harry, schön (kein umlaut on italian keyboards, so I had to past and merge to type "schön" instead of "schon" lol) dich zu sehen.
Ich erinnere mich noch einige Kampf in Vroc-Monza Servern, du mit Eagle, ich mit Lotus (ich vermisse die Zeit wenn Vroc war immer voller!!!).
Ich sehe dass du mehr und mehr verbessert hast, und jetzt du ein alien bist! Grats!

I digged in my replay folder and found a race (Zandvoort in 2010, 9 drivers) we joined. You started at the back and were the fastest on the track in the Cooper. So yes, we already met.
Good luck at Watkins Glen tonight.
