Koch geht Seite an Seite mit Wilhelm in die Eau Rouge, verschätzt sich, schlägt in die Innenwand ein und driftet nach aussen in Grupp hinein.
Die Reko schätzt den Versuch von Herrn Koch, alles richtig zu machen, muss die Situation aber dennoch als Startcrash bewerten.
Koch goes side by side with Wilhelm into Eau Rouge, misjudges, hits the inside wall and drifts to the outside into Grupp.
Race commission acknowledges the effort of Mr. Koch to 'do it right' but nevertheless we have to rate it a start crash.

Hard racing nach Eau Rouge. Callipos Bolide wird etwas leicht/übersteuert und dadurch driftet er leicht in Richtung Grelck.
Die haarscharfe Situation entschärft sich, nachdem Callipo den Gasfuss lupft. Weise Entscheidung.
Hard racing out of Eau Rouge. Callipo's car gets a bit light/lose and he drifts slightly toward Grelck.
The ever so close situation clears after Callipo lifts the throttle. Good move.

Petera packt Malmédy sehr vorsichtig an, zeitgleich ist Grupp ein wenig zu schnell und dreht sich darauffolgend.
Nachzügler Neufeld kommt und verunfallt.
Nach Abwägen des Für und Wider:
Petera enters Malmédy cautiously, at the same time Grupp enters a bit too fast and subsequently spins.
Backmarker Neufeld approaches the site and crashes.
After considering all pros and cons:

Zweiffel kommt aufs Gras, dreht sich in den Zaun und wird auf die Strecke zurückgeworfen, während mehrere Autos angerast kommen.
Mace und Koch haben Dusel. Das Rennen geht weiter.
Zweiffel gets on the grass, spins into the fence and gets thrown back onto the track, where several cars are approaching.
Mace and Koch are lucky. The race continues.

Theiles Motor geht hoch und ein paar Autos stauen sich leicht vor la Source.
Wie's der Zufall will, verbremst sich Breedveld ausgerechnet in dieser Runde und läuft auf Alpen auf.
Obwohl ein paar Fahrer unter der Situation leiden müssen, bewertet die Reko diese Situation als Rennunfall weil
a) für Breedveld keine Anzeichen einer aussergewöhnlichen Situation zu erkennen waren und
b) er einen sehr grossen Abstand zum Vordermann hatte und daher nicht spezielle Vorsicht beim Bremsen hätte walten müssen
Theile's engine explodes and cars get ever so slightly jammed up before la Source.
Breedveld just so happens to brake too late for la Source this time around and runs into Alpen.
Though several drivers suffered, race commission rates the incident a race accident as
a) there were no warning signs for Breedveld of any trouble ahead and
b) he was in deed following quite far behind and thus he had no reason to be extra-cautious for the braking

Olah läuft auf Grupp auf. Grupp kommt etwas ins Straucheln, was Olah auszunutzen versucht und an ihm vorbeiziehen will.
Durch den Knick verliert er aber die Kontrolle und berührt Grupp. Dieser kann nach einem Dreher weiterfahren, während Olah genug hat und aus dem Rennen steigt.
Olah catches up to Grupp. Grupp gets out of shape. Olah tries to take advantage and goes for a pass in the kink,
losing the car while doing so and hits Grupp. Grupp continues after a spin while Olah had enough and retires.

Curtis lässt Alpen vorbei. Alpen kommt dabei aufs Gras, dreht sich und kommt auf der Ideallinie zum Stehen.
Grupp kommt an und streift Alpen.
Curtis gives way to Alpen. Alpen gets onto the grass, spins and comes to a halt on the racing line.
Grupp comes by and grazes Alpen.

Erneut zu spätes Anbremsen zu la Source. Breedveld fährt in Wilhelm hinein, lässt diesen danach aber wieder vorbei.
Nach 1729/1730 fällt es mir leicht diesmal eine Strafe auszusprechen.
Again too late braking for la Source. Breedveld runs into Wilhelm and after both recovered lets him pass by.
After 1729/1730 it makes it an easy call this time to speak out a penalty.

es sind hier so viele analysen vorzufinden, es wird ein richtiges hobby. wennn wir jeden tag ein rennen hätten (wenn wir 400 fahrer wären) gäbe es jeden tag sowas zu lesen !
