Startcrash Zone:

1600 A Automatik 1:02 Claudio Callipo/Thomas Becker

Recommended Driver Behaviour:
"If you are behind then you have the responsibility to drive in a manner that will not lead to you running into a car ahead. [...] Even if their braking zones occur earlier than yours would normally, then tough luck. You have to anticipate these possibilities and drive accordingly."

-> 1 yellow card and Startcrash Penalty Claudio Callipo

Side note: Thomas' change of direction during the braking phase is too subtle to be considered for §5.10 EOLC.

Advice for Thomas: You could have made it easier for Claudio by:
1a) driving near the right border
1b) defending the inside clearly and early
2a) slowing down more gently, so the driver behind can adapt (and so he has some braking perfomance left if it is required). By the looks of it, your car would have been overslowed by the end of the braking zone.
2b) braking as late as Claudio (if feasible)

1601 A Automatik 1:10 Claudio Callipo/Thomas Becker

-> cancelled

1602 A Automatik 1:03 Thomas Becker lose a wheel

-> cancelled

1603 A Automatik 9:41 Jens Martin lose a wheel

Reminder: §2.02 Pro Cup

-> no further action (§5.16 "Rookie Rule" applies)

1604 A Automatik 27:23 Claudio Callipo/Konni Koch

§5.10 EOLC

-> 1 yellow card Claudio Callipo

1605 A Automatik 40:54 Uli Hofmann 1967/Rainer Alpen

§5.10 EOLC

-> 1 yellow card Uli Hofmann

Explanation: Most likely too fast to hold the line later in the corner. Yes, Rainer did squeeze you into a position where it is difficult to brake and turn in, but he had gone for that line in the middle of the road long before one could say you were in striking distance. He was, with some lap-by-lap deviation, on his normal racing line. It is astonishing enough that you got alongside from that far back.

§5.10 EOLC

-> Reprimand Rainer Alpen

Explanation: Your steering pointed to the apex despite Uli being in there. Keeping the car straight for a bit longer would not have meant going for the haybales, I guess. I've noticed that it was contact on your left rear that steered your car into Uli's, however. This very contact was due to you giving so little room when it had to have become apparent where Uli was heading. But, on the other hand, you were fully entitled to be there and to hold your line. So this - "squeezing" or "giving little room", as I put it - is not what the reprimand refers to. The reprimand is for turning in as if Uli had not been not there.
