Hi guys,
My name is Sergio Lonzar
I'm from Siracusa, Sicily, Italy.
I played many years online mostly of the time (since 2000) with flight combat simulators like Warbirds II, Aces High, IL-2 Sturmovik (I'm still applied here) with some good squadrons like Regia Aeronautica, 332nd Viking Squadron, RAF, JG53-Pik As and actually the _ITAF_ squadron.
I bought cheap GPL at least 8 years ago in a super store and finally I've found an online community just 8 months ago.
I liked GPL from the moment I've seen a movie and I hope to have funn with you in the online championshipts.

P.S.: I'm sorry if don't understand German language and apart this, my English is also poor.

I'm sorry, but I forgot to say I'm not a very skilled GPL pilot and actually I'm participating to some other championshipts that are CIGPL and the GPFun06.

Ma cerrrrrrto che li ho provati sia Targetware che WWIIOL.
In targetware non sono stato uno dei betatesters perche' al tempo il mio PC era sottodimensionato per porterci giocare decentemente. In WWIIOL invece ho partecipato per circa un 6 mesi con la sua primissima uscita e ti puoi immaginare cosa pilotavo poi anche li ho dovuto mollare perche' all'inizio questo gioco necessitava di troppe risorse. Ci volevano 7 minuti per caricarlo, ed aveva LAG paurosi (anche di 5 secondi) e ti puoi immaginare cosa succedeva ad un pilota d'aereo che volava a bassa quota con un LAG di 5 secondi.
My Italian Friend told me if I've any experience in MMOG games like "Targetware" and "World War II OnLine", and in short I replied "Yeah" I played those games some years ago but I left due to LAG and lack of performances of my PC.

dont worry to much about your skill. we have matching drivers anyway. read the rules and go for some testrides and sooner or later your car is flying almost as good as an IL-2...

Hello Sergio,
there's no test or anything like that 
The only thing you have to do is to sign up for the race you want to participate in. You can apply via the menu to the left (in your private section, just below the logout-button) or by posting your car-specific PB in the appropriate application thread (might be called ''Anmeldung'') on the forums.
Nevertheless, EOLC's servers are always accessible on VROC. So feel invited to join some pick-up races for practicing

Although most of the drivers here are from Germany, there are also drivers from a lot of other nations, witch make the whole thing quite international.
All important stuff is written in English, so you will not miss anything, that you should know.

I'm a Rookie here also, and if you think your GPL skills are not so good, just wait until you see mine........!
I've had lots of fun already this season and have found the community to be very friendly and very helpful ( although annoyingly fast...)
